Ivermectin ameliorates acute myocarditis via the inhibition of importin-mediated nuclear translocation of NF- κB/p65

CONCLUSIONS: Ivermectin inhibits the nuclear translocation of NF-κB/p65 and the expression of major pro-inflammatory cytokines in myocarditis.
