To demonstrate how different disciplines approach the management of difficult-to-treat or complex pain in patients with cancer and how those unique strategies benefit both patients and the medical providers on the treating teams.2. To explore the integration of palliative care providers into the traditional oncologic tumor board and conceptualize the development of a multi-disciplinary case conference targeting oncology patients with complex pain and symptoms.
