CONCLUSIONS: We recognized a high incidence of postoperative NOB in PSP patients. Bullectomy itself seems to promote NOB. Postoperative NOB occurs frequently, especially in patients who require a large-volume lung resection with a long staple line.PMID:38599823 | DOI:10.5761/atcs.oa.23-00206
