Efficacy of aerobic and resistance exercises on cancer pain: A meta-analysis of randomised controlled trials

CONCLUSIONS: Aerobic and resistance exercises are tolerable and effective adjunct therapies to reduce cancer-related pain while also improving physical function, fatigue and mood.
