Non ‑contact locking plate: A useful alternative to external fixation in second‑stage treatment of post‑traumatic tibial osteomyelitis

In conclusion, the results of the present study demonstrate that the non-contact locking plate technique provided stable fixation without any contact between the implant and bone tissues.
