Attention-deficit hyperactivity disorder (ADHD) is one of the most common behavioral disorders in child and adolescent psychiatry. This disorder affects from 5.9% to 7.1% of children and adolescents according to meta-analytical results depending on the source of information for the diagnosis (1). ADHD is characterized by impaired attentional functions, hyperactivity, and increased Impulsivity (2).
