Center-level Outcomes Following Elective Fenestrated Endovascular Aortic Aneurysm Repair in the Vascular Quality Initiative Database

This retrospective review of a prospectively collected vascular surgery registry found that hospital volume does not impact risk-adjusted perioperative mortality for complex branched and fenestrated endovascular aneurysm repair. The authors conclude that these procedures may not require the same center volume benchmarks as open surgical repair.
