Co-occurring psychological distress and alcohol or other drug use among Indigenous Australians: Data from the National Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander Health Survey

CONCLUSION: A range of potential risk and protective factors were identified for co-occurring psychological distress, risky alcohol and/or substance use among Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander people.
