Treatment of resistant Paecilomyces lilacinus keratitis with topical voriconazole and oral itraconazole: a rare case report from Somalia

CONCLUSION: For the treatment of Paecilomyces lilacinus keratitis that is unresponsive to conventional antifungal medications, voriconazole may be helpful.
