ConclusionRA patients have a higher incidence of PJI than OA patients. The optimal thresholds for CRP, ESR, and d-dimer for the diagnosis of PJI were higher in RA patients than in OA patients, but the sensitivity and specificity of the diagnosis were not as good as in OA patients.
