Bioinformatic Analysis and Experimental Validation of HMGA2-AS1 as a Prognostic Biomarker Associated with Immune Infiltration in Gastric Cancer
CONCLUSION: Elevated expression of HMGA2-AS1 in GC patients exhibited a significant correlation with unfavorable survival outcomes and increased immune infiltration. This suggests that HMGA2- AS1 holds promise as a potential prognostic biomarker and target for immunotherapy in GC.PMID:38566377 | DOI:10.2174/0115748928284459240318070914
