Core stabilization exercises versus yoga on feedforward activation of core muscles in chronic mechanical low back pain: An experimental study

Low back pain (LBP) is one of the significant general health issues faced by the present society. It has led to the deterioration of functional status and increase in financial burden(Demirel et al., 2019). It is characterized as the pain between 12th ribs and inferior gluteal fold either with or without pain referring to lower extremities(Kapetanovic et al., 2016). Back pain persisting for more than three months is referred as chronic LBP (CLBP) as per the National Institutes of Health (NIH) task force.
