Prevalence of osteosarcopenia and its association with mortality and fractures among patients undergoing hemodialysis

ConclusionsPatients undergoing hemodialysis showed a high prevalence of osteosarcopenia, and osteosarcopenia was associated with a poor prognosis in this patient population. Assessing osteosarcopenia may be useful for accurate prognostic stratification of patients undergoing hemodialysis.
