CONCLUSION: Research in relation to TAP block analgesia is varied given the variety of approaches, techniques, and timing of the TAP block procedure. Future research should seek to elucidate the role of TAP blocks in reducing postoperative pain and opioid consumption in pancreatoduodenectomy patients.PMID:38527331
