External Validation of VQI and SPINACH Survival Prediction Models in Japanese Patients With Chronic Limb-Threatening Ischemia Who Underwent Revascularization
The global vascular guidelines for chronic limb-threatening ischemia (CLTI) propose the prediction of 30-day and 2-year mortality as patient risk assessments for decision-making before revascularization. Recently, the Vascular Quality Initiative (VQI) model and the Surgical Reconstruction versus Peripheral Intervention in Patients With Critical Limb Ischemia (SPINACH) model were developed in the revascularized cohort in the United States and Japan, respectively.
