A Staged, Hybrid Approach Using a Thoracic Branch Endoprosthesis for a Large Kommerell's Diverticulum
We present a case of a 77-year-old male with previous abdominal aortic aneurysm (AAA) endovascular repair (EVAR) who presented with an asymptomatic 3 cm Kommer ell’s diverticulum amenable for a staged, hybrid repair with a carotid-subclavian bypass, a GORE Thoracic Branch Endoprosthesis, and coil embolization of the right aberrant subclavian artery.
