The effect of antiplatelet therapy and oral anticoagulants on the accuracy of faecal immunochemical testing
CONCLUSIONS: FIT accuracy for CRC detection remained unaffected despite more patients testing positive in the exposed group. FIT should be considered a supplementary tool for triage.
