Obstetric referral processes and the role of inter-facility communication: the district-level experience in the Greater Accra region of Ghana

CONCLUSION: Facilities had varying levels of availability of infrastructure, protocols, guidelines, services, equipment, and logistics for managing obstetric referrals.
