Clinical efficacy of laparoscopic Lich –Gregoir versus transvesicoscopic Cohen reimplantation for ureterobladder junction malformations in children
ConclusionBoth LLGO and TCRO were demonstrated to be precise, safe, and reliable surgical methods for treating pediatric VUJO and VUR. LLGO ureteral reimplantation offers particular advantages in selecting cases and appears more suitable for children younger than 12 months who have a small bladder capacity.
