Complete anatomic segmentectomy shows improved oncologic outcomes compared to incomplete anatomic segmentectomy
CONCLUSIONS: This single-center experience suggests complete anatomic segmentectomy provides superior locoregional control and may improve survival relative to incomplete anatomic segmentectomy.
