Chemoembolization as First-Line treatment for hepatocellular carcinoma invading segmental portal vein with tumor burden limited to a monosegmental level
CONCLUSIONS: Chemoembolization shows high safety and efficiency, and contributes to improved survival in patients with HCC with PVTT confined to a monosegment. Four risk factors were found to be significantly associated with improved survival rates after chemoembolization in patients with HCC with PVTT confined to a monosegment.PMID:38445658 | DOI:10.1093/bjr/tqae052
