A Pre-Leukemic DNA Methylation Signature in Healthy Individuals at Higher Risk for Developing Myeloid Malignancy

CONCLUSIONS: The epigenetic changes may be acquired independently and prior to somatic mutations that relevant for AML/MDS development.
