Acute gastric volvulus mimicking features of gastroenteritis in a 5 ‐year‐old girl

Key Clinical MessageAcute gastric volvulus is a life-threatening condition. Especially, a history of adjacent organ deformities in children with intermittent vomiting and abdominal pain should suggest gastric volvulus, even if the symptoms resemble gastroenteritis.
