Barnardo ’s - The Children and Young People ’s Health Equity Collaborative (CHEC) is a partnership between the UCL Institute of Health Equity, Barnardo’s and three integrated care systems (ICS) — Birmingham and Solihull, Cheshire and Merseyside, and South Yorkshire.
