Spinal Anesthesia Prior to Laparoscopic Hysterectomy Resulted in Decreased Postoperative Pain and Opioid Use
CONCLUSION: Pre-operative morphine spinal injection for laparoscopic hysterectomy led to significantly lower pain scores and inpatient opioid consumption.
