Repeatability of swept-source optical coherence tomography angiography automated macular vessel density

CONCLUSIONS: Our results proved excellent repeatability of automated vessel density measurements in the superficial and deep capillary plexus layers in our cohort using a OCTARA algorithm indicating that it may be a reliable diagnostic tool. It also showed good reliability in choriocapillary and mid choroid layer. These findings may be of value in assessing the significance of differences in capillary density measurements over time and across different settings.PMID:38374527 | DOI:10.1177/11206721241233620
