Pre-procedure < sup > 18 < /sup > F-FDG PET/CT imaging improves the performance of CT-guided transthoracic biopsy

CONCLUSION: A biopsy guided by CT plus pre-procedure 18F-FDG PET/CT (PETCTLB) is a safe procedure that can provide a precise diagnosis in the majority of lung nodules/masses. It has better diagnostic performance than CTLB.PMID:38293844 | DOI:10.4274/dir.2023.232364
