Bilateral Choroidal Detachments Associated with Perinuclear Anti-Neutrophil Cytoplasmic Antibodies (P-ANCA) - Associated Vasculitis

CONCLUSION: Choroidal detachment without other extraocular/intraocular inflammation can be associated with P-ANCA-associated vasculitis, a previously under-reported link.
