Depression, anxiety and stress among female student-athletes: a systematic review and meta-analysis
CONCLUSION: Coaches, trainers and clinicians are key contributors in supporting female student-athlete mental health, with responsibilities for integrating mental skill training, sleep hygiene education and regular assessments.
