Research encouraging off-label use of quetiapine: A systematic meta-epidemiological analysis

CONCLUSION: Many small, post-approval studies suggested the promise of quetiapine for numerous off-label indications. These findings generally went unconfirmed in large, blinded, randomized trials years after first being published.
