ConclusionUtilizing an LC-MS-based metabolomics approach holds promise for enhancing the clinical diagnosis of MMD. The identified biomarkers offer potential avenues for the development of novel diagnostic methods for MMD and offer fresh insights into the pathogenesis of the disease.
