ConclusionsThe system ’s ability to provide understandable information seems more important than clients’ abilities to comprehend it. From a client perspective, a just system seems to be related to their experiences of the sick leave process (i,e., whether they had an ongoing or closed case) rather than their skills to obtain the correct information.
