Recently, two mechanisms have been proposed to promote a potential autoimmune etiology of chronic spontaneous urticarial: type-I(autoallergic) and type-IIB(autoimmune). Aim:Knowing the autoimmunity profile of our patients and the response to Omalizumab(OMA).
