Survey of Arkansas Pediatric Providers on the Application of the NIH/NIAID Addendum Guidelines for the Prevention of Peanut Allergy in the United States

Following publication of the 2017 NIH/NIAID Guidelines for the Prevention of Peanut Allergy, the Arkansas Children ’s Allergy Clinic has maintained high referral volumes for peanut allergy and low referral volumes for early peanut introduction in high-risk infants. We aim to identify barriers and develop strategies to assist Arkansas pediatric providers with effective, evidence-based guidelines implementation.
