11. A Tech-Enhanced Community Nursing Intervention Addressing Non-Adherence for Youth With HIV (Tech2Check): Primary Results

Poor adherence to care and antiretroviral treatment (ART) among youth with HIV (YHIV) continues to compromise viral suppression (VS), increasing the risk for immune decline and secondary transmission. While the standard of care (SOC) relies on clinic-based interactions to address nonadherence, many YHIV face barriers to standard care. The study assessed the feasibility and acceptability of an alternate paradigm of care.
