191. Exploring the Prevalence of Sexual Risk Behaviors in Hospitalized Adolescents Consulted From Siriraj Poison Control Center

Siriraj Poison Control Center (SiPCC) offers consultation services to healthcare professionals dealing with poison-related emergencies and harmful substances. Adolescents who required hospitalization due to substance-related issues or other problems might have engaged in risky sexual behaviors. The study aimed to determine the prevalence of sexual risk behaviors (SRBs) among adolescents who have been diagnosed with drug overdose and sought consultation from SiPCC. The secondary objectives included examining the correlation between substance use and SRBs, identifying risk factors associated with substance use disorder, and assessing medical outcomes based on criteria defined by the American Association of Poison Control Centers (AAPCC).
