ConclusionEGFR-mutated SCLCs occurred more frequently in non-smoking females and were linked to prolonged survival, implying a positive prognostic impact. These SCLCs shared immunohistochemical similarities with conventional SCLCs, and both types had prevalent RB1 and TP53 mutations.
