Monogenic etiologies are increasingly found to contribute to the population disease burden, and understanding the affected pathways can affect treatment decisions, improving healthcare efficiency. Inborn errors of immunity (IEIs) are monogenic etiologies that cause immune dysregulation and are associated with infection, autoimmunity, allergy, pathological inflammation, and cancer. Colvin et  al utilized bioinformatic analyses to identify 316 IEI genes that are associated with cutaneous manifestations.
