According to recent research, those who eat mostly plant-based or vegetarian diets have a 39% lower risk of contracting Covid. Researchers discovered that omnivores who ate meat more than three times a week had a "significantly higher" incidence of Covid-19 than vegetarian or plant-based diet followers.
