The PARADIGM-HF trial in 2014 established sacubitril/valsartan (SV) as an effective treatment for heart failure (HF). Recent trials support expanding its use and guidelines recommend its use. A consensus statement is being formulated to validate the contemporary evidence-based datasets for SV in managing HF and exploring its pleiotropic effects
