Preliminary study: cognitive behavioural therapy for insomnia in adolescents with anorexia nervosa
CONCLUSION: These preliminary findings provide support for CBT-I effectiveness in adolescents with AN, as shown by significant improvements in several sleep parameters, as well as in physical well-being.
