Metabolic reprogramming of lipids has recently been recognized as a new mode of therapeutic resistance in various cancers. Therefore, we investigated previously unrecognized perturbations in lipid metabolism in tamoxifen-resistant BC by conducting comprehensive metabolomics and transcriptomics analysis.
