Systemic and topical treatment methods of recurrent aphthous stomatitis: A systematic review

CONCLUSION: Topical medications can promote the healing time of ulcers and relieve the pain, but most of the time can not decrease the frequency of RAS relapse. However, for continuous RAS, treatment with systemic medication should be considered.PMID:37436177
