Appropriate concentration setting for the intraoperative administration of indocyanine green for fluorescence imaging to identify the sentinel lymph node in early gastric cancer: a clinical pilot study
ConclusionTo improve the reproducibility of SN biopsy, it is essential to prepare the correct concentration setting of ICG. Under current conditions in which ICG is injected intraoperatively, a 0.1 mg/ml concentration setting of ICG may be necessary and sufficient for SN identification.
