36. pT3/T4N0 OCSCC. Is contralateral neck dissection and/or neck PORT indicated?
UK National Multidisciplinary Guidelines recommend that T3/T4N0 oral cancers are generally treated with surgery (primary resection and ipsilateral END if not near the midline). If tumours have adverse features then radiotherapy is added for local control.
