Historical Misdiagnosis of Recurrent Solitary Fibroma Tumor of the Prostate: A Cases Report and Current Evidence

CONCLUSIONS: Therapeutic intervention for prostate SFT is predominantly surgical. However, given the tumor's marked predisposition for recurrence, the specific mechanisms underlying its etiology and pathogenesis remain enigmatic.
