Rationale: Head and neck cancer (HNC), due to the location of the tumour and radiotherapy treatment, can have negative side effects. The assessment of nutritional status and the diagnosis of the pathology can be carried out with advanced techniques (BIA, nutritional ultrasound, dynamometry and functional tests).
