Predictors of home parenteral support (HPS) weaning in intestinal failure patients with Crohn ’s disease

Rationale: Crohn ’s Disease(CD) is a major cause of intestinal failure(IF), with an uncertain prognosis due to changing disease characteristics and bowel anatomy over time. We aim to characterise these changing factors and predict HPS wean.
