The Institute is engaged in building a more inclusive, transparent, and equitable organization.                                                                                             Position Summary:The Controller works closely with the Director of Finance and the Finance team to ensure compliance with General Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP). Responsibilities:Perform various accounting functions with varying levels of complexity, including overseeing financial data collection to ensure accuracy and compliance to the Institute's policy and donor restrictions, posting journal entries, reconciling accounts, and creating special reports;Review daily transactions related to US, foreign governments and assigned institutional funders to ensure the expenses incurred are per the various project budgets;Supervise junior Accounting staff and evaluate the performance of personnel in the department and r...
