Can clinicians correctly predict intracranial pressure state based on clinical symptoms alone in shunted patients?

CONCLUSIONS: This study casts doubt on the utility of classic symptoms in diagnosing abnormal ICP state in chronically symptomatic shunted patients with equivocal adjuncts.
